Job Title: Portfolio Resource Coordinator

At Paladin Security, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and communities. As a Portfolio Resource Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Client Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and address resource needs to ensure optimal scheduling and minimize overtime.
  • Work closely with the Client Service Team to ensure accurate data entry, facilitate security officer training and clearance requirements, and process online ticket submissions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Paladin's contractual obligations and provide support to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Guards, CSMs, Senior Management, and the Operations Centre.
  • Provide administrative support, including completing daily and weekly reports, and performing other duties as requested.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and previous experience with Scheduling Software is an asset.
