The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership. The Executive Director of Sales will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments. The successful candidate will establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
