Opportunity

As a Kitchen Porter at Nk'Mip Cellars, you will play a crucial role in crafting the dining experience our guests will cherish. You will collaborate with an experienced and close-knit team to provide necessary tools, including clean dishes and limited food preparation, for daily lunch service, dinner service, and private events.

Daily Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to provide necessary tools for daily service.
• Uphold our commitment to offering local, quality food in a timely and consistent manner.
• Execute daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as directed by our Executive Chef, ensuring a prepared team and a clean restaurant for positive guest experiences.

Requirements

• Courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability and a strong work ethic, both individually and as part of a team.
• Food Safe & WHIMIS are assets, with training provided as needed.
• Ability to lift 40lbs, work in hot summer temperatures, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for team members and guests.
