About the Role:

As a key member of our Skys The Limit Holdings Inc. team, the Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary services. This individual will be responsible for training staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, while also maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. With a focus on quality control, this role demands strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Permanent position
  • 32 hours per week
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication
