Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations at 499692 BC Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to excellence in administrative functions.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms
The role may involve working under tight deadlines, requiring a proactive approach to tasks.
