CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our mechanical and electrical building projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Site Supervision: Supervise and manage site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Education: Relevant degree in building mechanics or electricity (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4 years' experience in site supervision, or 6 years' equivalent relevant experience on a construction site in electricity, tinsmithing, control, or plumbing/pipefitting.
- Certifications: ASP Construction course (an asset).
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written French.
- Skills: Excellent communication and priority management skills.
