About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at CIMA+. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects in the Gatineau region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in building mechanics or electricity (or equivalent experience).
  • 4 years' experience in site supervision, or 6 years' equivalent relevant experience on a construction site in electricity, tinsmithing, control or plumbing/pipefitting.
  • ASP Construction course (an asset).
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle.
  • Proven experience in building mechanics or electricity, with effective site management skills and good command of techniques.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Excellent communication and priority management skills.
