Job Opportunity at Santco Forma+

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Gatineau. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a work team and ensuring tasks are completed within the allotted time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Task Management: Ensure that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Perform work in compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaboration: Work as part of a team and under the direction of the superintendent to achieve project objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Be proactive and offer solutions to any challenges that may arise during the project.

Required Skills:

  • CCQ Competence Card: Possess a valid CCQ competence card.
  • Independence: Be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Diplomacy: Possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Resourcefulness: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Safety-Conscious: Prioritize health and safety and ensure that all team members follow safety protocols.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards.
  • Rigorous: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
