Aerospace Sales Professional

Gemini Aviation Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our Aerospace Brokerage Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies across designated regions, cultivating lasting relationships with existing customers, and driving the sales of aircraft engines and parts.
Key Responsibilities- Regional Sales Planning: Implement sales plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategies and goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Provide detailed reports on regional sales performance and market trends to the Senior Sales Director.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded while upholding company standards and practices.
- Product Development: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.
- Industry Representation: Organize and attend industry events, representing Gemini Aviation Inc. professionally and enhancing business opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations with clients, ensuring compliance and satisfaction on both sides.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of the sales team to improve overall performance and sales skills.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the aerospace or aviation industry.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of aircraft engines and parts sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working and coordinating within a team environment.
- Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to manage and close sales deals successfully.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively as required by the role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
