Key Responsibilities- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Conduct analyses to establish optimal inventory levels and maximize machinery and resource efficiency.
- Design and implement manufacturing systems that leverage computer networks, robotics, and materials effectively.
- Assess industrial facilities to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute programs aimed at maintaining ideal inventory levels.
- Plan and design plant layouts and operational facilities.
- Oversee the work of technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative personnel, and fellow engineers.
- Create adaptable or integrated manufacturing systems and operational procedures.
- Analyze production expenditures to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct time studies and implement work simplification initiatives.
- Evaluate the reliability and performance metrics of plant facilities.
- Establish health and safety programs to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Formulate maintenance standards, schedules, and operational programs.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
- This position contributes to positive environmental outcomes through responsible manufacturing practices.
