Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough studies to determine optimal inventory levels and resource utilization, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  2. Design and implement manufacturing systems that integrate computer networks, robots, and materials to optimize production processes.
  3. Evaluate and assess industrial facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Develop and implement programs to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain management.
  5. Plan and design plant layouts and facilities to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
  6. Supervise and lead a team of technicians, technologists, analysts, and engineers to achieve manufacturing excellence.
  7. Develop and implement flexible and integrated manufacturing systems and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
  8. Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  9. Conduct time studies and work simplification programs to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  10. Assess and evaluate the reliability and performance of plant facilities to ensure optimal operation.
  11. Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


English is the primary working language, and the successful candidate will be required to work 35-40 hours per week.
