Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse/Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Lethbridge. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, assisting with product inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Support sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences by building brand recognition and promoting our corporate image.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
