About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at Irving Business Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide analytical support to senior management on strategic initiatives and business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics solutions to enhance business visibility and decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial planning and analysis tools
  • Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification an asset
