Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a key role in supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Pilates programs for clients, focusing on safe and effective exercise techniques
- Provide personalized instruction and guidance to clients during Pilates training sessions
- Conduct fitness consultations to assess client needs and create customized Pilates programs
- Instruct group and private Pilates classes, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of personal training experience
- Experience in Pilates program design and instruction
- Certified Pilates Trainer with expertise in Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- CPR and AED certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)
