Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates classes and programs that meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safe and effective Pilates programs for members of all levels
  • Lead group and private Pilates classes, providing personalized instruction and feedback
  • Conduct fitness consultations to assess members' needs and create customized Pilates programs
  • Promote and sell Pilates programs and services to members
  • Maintain a clean and organized Pilates studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported
  • Document member progress and program effectiveness

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in personal training or Pilates instruction
  • Certification in Pilates instruction (Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels)
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • CPR and AED certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)
