Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a key role in supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals and promoting a culture of wellness and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver safe and effective Pilates programs for clients of all levels
  • Provide personalized fitness consultations and assessments to clients
  • Instruct group and private Pilates classes, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Promote and sell Pilates programs and services to members
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive fitness experience for members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Pilates and fitness

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in exercise science or related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
  • Certification in Pilates and CPR/AED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hours of comprehensive Pilates training and certification
