Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a key role in supporting our members in achieving their fitness goals and promoting a culture of wellness and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver safe and effective Pilates programs for clients of all levels
  • Provide personalized fitness consultations and assessments to identify client goals and create customized training plans
  • Instruct group and private Pilates classes, focusing on proper form and technique
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Pilates and fitness
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive and supportive fitness environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in exercise science or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in Pilates instruction or a related field
  • Certification in Pilates and CPR/AED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)
