Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All Home Manufacturing Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Shipping Methods: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products.
- Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and track all shipments, including inventory levels and delivery status.
- Route Goods to Storage: Ensure that goods are properly stored and secured in our warehouse.
- Pack and Unpack Goods: Safely pack and unpack goods for shipment, taking care to prevent damage and loss.
- Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
- Supervise Material Handlers: Lead and train our material handlers to ensure they are performing their duties safely and efficiently.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines to manage.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Work Term: Permanent: Work a permanent schedule, with regular hours and a stable work environment.
- Work Language: English: Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Hours: 32 hours per week: Work a standard 32-hour week, with regular breaks and time off.
