We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All Home Manufacturing Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Shipment Coordination: Determine the most efficient method of shipment for our goods, taking into account factors such as cost, time, and reliability.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our inventory levels, including tracking and verifying the receipt and shipment of goods.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant paperwork, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the storage and retrieval of inventory.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train material handlers and helpers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments for goods and services, and reconcile invoices and other financial documents.
- Work Environment: Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team.
- Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: The role is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week.
