Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our products.
- Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with our suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match our orders.
- Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately maintain our internal record-keeping system to track inventory and shipments.
- Route Goods: Ensure that goods are properly routed to their designated storage areas.
- Pack and Unpack Goods: Safely pack and unpack goods for shipping and receiving.
- Supervise Material Handlers: Oversee the work of material handlers and helpers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
