We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Palladium Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervision: Work under the supervision of our experienced kitchen staff and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
