We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 3342975 Nova Scotia Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that waste is minimized.
- Kitchen Maintenance and Hygiene: Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are clean, well-maintained, and meet health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
Language and Work HoursThe primary language of work is English, and the successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
