We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Swift Connect INC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking beverage orders and serving food and snacks.
- Advise customers on wine selection and make recommendations on drink choices.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Order and maintain inventory of bar stock, including beverages and food products.
- Record and balance beverage sales.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Certifications and Training
- Hold a Bartender/Mixology Certification Course.
- Obtain a Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
- Complete a Smart Serve program.
- Hold a Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Complete a Serving It Safe program certification.
- Hold a Serving It Right Certificate.
- Hold a First Aid Certificate.
- Security and Safety
- Undergo a criminal record check.
