Schedule:

Part-Time

  • We are seeking a candidate to fulfill 24 hours of work per week, including one Saturday each month.
  • Our office operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and assisting patients upon arrival.
  • Managing appointment scheduling, including rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Helping patients complete necessary information forms.
  • Preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental team.
  • Updating patient records and documenting treatments.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments and providing reminders.
  • Communicating with insurance providers regarding patient co-payments.
  • Verifying payment methods and processing payments as required.
  • Performing general office tasks such as answering phones, photocopying, and filing.
About You:
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a dental, medical, or veterinary setting.
  • Experience with dental software is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with effective interpersonal skills.
