What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all day-to-day client-related operational queries, liaising internally with various operational teams to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers
  • Provide critical support for all day-to-day client-related operational issues & queries
  • Answer client inquiries as an expert in their field
  • Understand client processing and participate in virtual client teams, representing Client Operations
  • Liaise directly with other operational teams to resolve daily operational issues
  • Provide support to other internal teams as defined in SLA
  • Understand global customer expectations and satisfaction levels
  • Audit coordination and follow-up

Requirements

Must-have

  • Requires fluency in French and English to serve clients with French and English-speaking needs
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in the financial industry
  • Client service experience
  • Proven track record in leading initiatives, managing cross-functional relationships
  • Investor service operations experience

Nice-to-have

  • University degree
