Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients in English and French
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support customers with investment accounts
  • Provide a positive customer experience and promote a positive company reputation
Requirements:
  • Excellent English and French communication skills
  • Strong computer/keyboarding skills
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience required
  • Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable

  • Salary range: $46,000 - $54,000 per year
