Primary Care Physician

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, On-site.
Our client, a private clinic, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time family physician to join our team of 7 physicians. This exceptional opportunity is also open to new graduates looking to establish and grow their practice in a modern and well-equipped clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages.
- Diagnosing and treating a variety of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Conducting routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventative care.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and timely electronic medical records using the Accuro EMR system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and allied health professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in on-call duties as per the clinic's schedule, including evening and weekend rotations.
- Stay current with best practices, guidelines, and advancements in family medicine through ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements:
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).
- Current liability insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program.
