Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team at Medigroup Kenaston Inc. This role is essential in providing comprehensive health care to our patients.
Qualifications- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Gather medical histories from patients, their families, or other healthcare professionals.
- Assess patients' health status to diagnose illnesses and injuries.
- Request laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic evaluations to identify suitable treatment options.
- Collaborate with fellow medical practitioners to assess patients' physical and mental well-being.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and treatments.
- Offer guidance to patients regarding their health care needs.
- Manage acute care situations effectively.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on various health and lifestyle matters.
- Must possess College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP).
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities is mandatory.
- Eligible for professional liability insurance.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
