Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of team members involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for staff to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in food service management.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Work Hours: This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
