About the Role

Hitech Bay Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our retail and wholesale operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs to achieve business goals
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including human and financial resources
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Team Management
    • Supervise a team of 1-2 people
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions for team members
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent Hitech Bay Inc in negotiations and other official functions
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
    • Approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College/CEGEP degree
    • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced retail and wholesale environment
    • 30 hours per week
