About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, Group Strategy & Integration, the Senior Manager, Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping TSX Inc.'s strategic direction. This individual will collaborate closely with our Business Units (BUs) to develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan aligned with the Chief Strategy & Innovation Office (CSIO) and the TSX Senior Management Team (SMT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Support the development of TSX Inc.'s enterprise-wide strategy, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and objectives. Lead the strategic planning process across BUs, focusing on long-term trends and competitive intelligence to identify new products, services, and partnerships that drive growth. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, including the CEO, SMT, Board of Directors, and team members.
  • Strategy Analysis & Execution: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of new verticals for expansion. Develop compelling business cases and define execution plans to enable strategic initiatives (build vs. buy). Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with BUs to implement strategic initiatives and track progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans. A deep understanding of financial markets and the capital raising landscape is highly desirable.
