About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Early Careers Recruiter to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Early Careers Recruiting strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for our internship and launch programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement sourcing strategies, including building relationships with universities and colleges.
  • Assess talent by conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify top candidates.
  • Communicate regularly with business leaders and HR teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective talent acquisition.
  • Manage and track candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and operations teams.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, in partnership with our operations team.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
  • Extend offers and serve as Aon's brand ambassador to attract top talent.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or campus recruiting.
  • Bilingual, with fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and approach problem-solving with creativity.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
