Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill all vacancies, including creating engaging job postings, conducting targeted sourcing, and implementing a consistent interview process.
  • Source candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, career fairs, educational institutions, professional associations, and social networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, People & Culture professionals, and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of credibility.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and provide expert consultation and coaching to hiring managers on candidate assessment and selection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Business.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting experience within the industry or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Excellent candidate search skills, with the ability to source active and passive candidates.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
