Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
