Job Title: Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Member to join our team at Trans Peace Financial Corporation. As a key member of our food service team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with our company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package take-out food for our customers
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Conventional oven operation and maintenance
  • Deep fryer operation and maintenance
  • Electronic cash register operation and maintenance
  • Food dispensers operation and maintenance
  • Grill operation and maintenance
Personal Suitability
  • Client-focused and able to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
