Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using advanced data mining software and techniques.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications for data visualization systems.
  • Provide data storytelling and presentation skills to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with data mining software, such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, aggregation, and analysis in MS Excel.
  • Experience with report building using SSRS, Visual Studio, and Power BI.
  • Strong technical design optimization, data visualization, and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
