Job Title: Dining Room Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at The Turning Point Restaurant LTD.

Job Summary:

The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 people, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, including managing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that the dining room is promoted effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification.
