About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at The Turning Point Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of servers and hosts/hostesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dining room, including managing cash handling, inventory, and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
