Job Title: Dining Room Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at The Turning Point Restaurant LTD.

Job Summary:

The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Operations: Manage the daily operations of the dining room, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and services to attract new customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food and beverage server trade certification.
