Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will report directly to the Account Director and play a crucial role in supporting account management initiatives. Your ability to listen attentively and appreciate diverse perspectives will be essential. You will be proactive, demonstrating strong communication skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in briefings, team meetings, and client presentations.
- Manage projects and campaigns under the guidance of the Account Director.
- Coordinate resources and ensure project alignment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and implement appropriate actions.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, ensuring compliance with briefs and brand standards.
- Support the Account Director in various project developments.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and daily operations.
- Work collaboratively with producers to gather estimates, deadlines, contracts, and legal information.
- Partner with teams in various locations to develop global or local strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
