  • Establish product requirements and specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal/external engineering teams to contribute from concept ideation to product launch
  • Refine product designs at all stages for successful launch to market
  • Conduct 3D modeling, testing, and digital analysis to ensure product meets test requirements
  • Research areas that need special attention and source accessories/items to enhance product performance
  • Manage risk through FMEA and review products in a process to maintain proper rate for validation
  • Perform 3D simulations to validate product
  • Review material science with Jason to ensure mold/material harmony
