Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Wastewater Engineer to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our water and wastewater treatment team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership on complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and assessment of water and wastewater treatment systems, including preliminary and detailed design, and expertise in treatment processes.
  • Provide senior technical advice and oversight to water and wastewater design teams, and support project managers with coordination and direction.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain existing client relationships, and identify new business opportunities with private sector clients.
  • Contribute to the career development of junior staff, and participate in professional associations and committees.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in environmental, civil, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in New Brunswick, or eligibility to be licensed within six months.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in multidisciplinary teamwork and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of municipal, provincial, and federal regulations and guidelines related to water and wastewater treatment design and operations.
