Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including greeting, answering phone calls, responding to queries, managing appointments, and maintaining clinician schedules.
  • Clinic Appearance: Maintain the general appearance of our clinics, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-organized, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Hearing Professional and Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including opening and closing the clinic, registering new clients, maintaining paper files, shipping and receiving, and tracking orders.
  • Accounting and Third-Party Insurance Support: Process sales, track outstanding balances and receivables, and manage third-party insurance payments, including assisting with client estimates, counting and reporting cash float, processing payments, and completing daily sales reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in an applicable field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
