Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Store Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Front Store Manager in managing store operations, including labour scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve store objectives and improve product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.
- Ensure that store standards are maintained at all times, including the backroom, to optimize customer experience and drive sales.
- Help manage labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
- Ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results, lead by example, and support corporate programs.
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
- Business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.
