- Team Development: Support the Store Manager in developing and leading a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional Guest Services.
- Experience: Prior retail and management experience is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for over 8 hours, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
