Job Summary:

On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restoration of properties after disasters, ensuring seamless experiences for insured clients, and managing a team of restoration staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth claims process
  • Quality control of all aspects of the job
  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed
  • Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Open to working after hours and on weekends
  • Problem-solving and priority management skills
  • Computer skills, working in an MS Office environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
  • Clean criminal record

Disaster Response:

Disasters can strike at any time, and a rotating after-hours on-call work schedule is a requirement.

Compensation:

Salary compensation is based on project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Annual compensation will be discussed in full should you be selected for an interview.
