Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager (MGA+) to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our GroupQuest division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advisor partners, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our carrier and solution offerings, and communicate their advantages and disadvantages to our advisors.
- Triage and resolve incoming requests, engaging the right resources and processes to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a trusted liaison between our customers and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Take ownership of issues, demonstrating high levels of accountability and organizational skills to manage resolution through to completion.
- 3+ years of experience in Group Benefits sales and/or service, carrier or advisor side.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility with our advisors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team player, with a willingness to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
