  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of our retail salespersons and sales clerks to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Our rental agency operates in a rural area, with a focus on retail business.
  • Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising 5-10 people.
  • Security and Safety: A driving record check (abstract) is required.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for someone with accurate, client-focused, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years: You should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent: This is a permanent position.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
