Your Role:

As a Software Release Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in aligning our release strategies with product objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product managers and delivery leads to synchronize release plans with the product roadmap.
  • Facilitating comprehensive release readiness evaluations.
  • Creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation related to release management.
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with releases, ensuring effective contingency plans are in place.
  • Working closely with Quality Assurance to guarantee that releases meet the highest quality standards prior to deployment.
  • Conducting post-release assessments to capture lessons learned and enhance future release processes.
  • Continuously refining the release process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
  • Coordinating with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize build and release pipelines.
  • Participating in environment strategy and provisioning efforts.
  • Ensuring that release requirements are met in collaboration with Infrastructure and Operations teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, or business administration.
  • A solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, along with effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A minimum security clearance of Reliability.
  • This position offers a hybrid work model.
  • A relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.
