Job Title: Director/Head of Data and AI

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Director/Head of Data and AI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our data and AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI and data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data and AI into our products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data and AI, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business problems
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
